Heavy Duty Cleaner D-12 is a powerful water-based acidic cleaner with selected organic and non-organic additives.
It designated to penetrate and clean even the heaviest deposits of fat, oily dirt, grease, soaps, algae, mould and mineral deposits.
It can be used for removing contamination on all types of polished and non-polished surfaces including natural stone like granite, marble, travertine, sandstone, also on ceramics, terrazzo, concrete, paving etc.
Ideal for deep cleaning of floor and wall tiles/stone in industrial kitchens, showers, spas, swimming pools, walkways, paving etc.
Application
Heavy Duty Cleaner D-12 - is a concentrated product and it should be used diluted in water.
Depending on the degree of soiling, use appropriate dilution with water - recommended proportions from
1:5 to 1:2. Most common proportion – 1:4.
It can be applied with a brush, mop, spray, sponge, scrubber dryer etc.
Apply the product generously and evenly on the entire surface area. Ensure even distribution by brushing and agitating several times.
The surface should be vigorously brushed with a brush or sponge for 5-10 seconds using circular movements.
Leave the preparation on the surface for about 2-3 minutes and brush the surface vigorously again.
After another 2-3 minutes, remove the reacted product and dirt with a wet vacuum cleaner or absorbent material.
Rinse thoroughly with water and collect it again with a vacuum cleaner or absorbent material.
Deeply integrated stains can be removed by 2 or 3 applications of the product, or by extending the contact time.
Repeat if necessary.
After each application flush the area with plenty of water. Discard any remaining solution after use, or if slime deposition is visible in the container.
In case of unpolished materials, it may occur that it is not possible to remove 100% of the dirt.
Heavy Duty Cleaner D-12 applied to waxed surfaces can remove the wax.
Before application, we recommend testing the product on a small, unexposed area.
Recommendations:
CLEANER D-12 Is a concentrated product and it should be used diluted in water.
Before cleaning be sure to use safety equipment such as safety glasses and gloves.
Carry out the application in good light.
Temperature / humidity when performing work: up to 30°C /85%,
The Product is not allowed to come into contact with materials not resistant to alkalis.

Expiry date
Up to 36 months of storage at temperatures >+ 5°C to < 30°C, in original unopened manufacturer's packaging. Water-based product = it freezes at temperatures < 0°C.
